NICHE CASTING AGENCY WILL TRY THEIR UPMOST TO FIND ITS ARTISTS WORK, ALTHOUGH WORK IS NOT GUARANTEED.
1. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
When given call times and locations please write them down. Please plan your trip to location the night before and ensure you have all relevant information and directions to hand.
2. BOOKINGS
You should always arrive at location on time, and take any appropriate clothing with you. (Warm clothing if needed). All men should arrive clean-shaven, unless stated. All ladies should come make-up/nail varnish free, unless otherwise stated. On Arrival report to the 2nd assistant director, floor runner or person in charge of supporting artists
Eating, drinking and smoking are only permitted in designated areas.
Never leave the set without permission.
Rehearsals or sequences may be shot many times from different camera angles. Please remain patient, quiet and co-operative.
3. CONDITIONS
Please remember whilst on location/studio you are representing NICHE Casting Agency and that we expect good conduct and full cooperation at all times.
Should you receive work via the agency, it is imperative that you contact us by 6pm the day before, for your call times. Failure to notify the agency that you cannot fulfil your engagement will result in instant dismissal from the agency. No fee refundable.
The agency cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injury sustained whilst travelling to/from any place of work.
The agency will not be held responsible for any injury or accident sustained while travelling to or from the designated work area.
The agency will not be held responsible for any valubles lost or stolen whilst on set or location..
You are employed through the agency, not by the agency
4. COMPLAINTS
Should you have any issues with the production, please contact NICHE Casting Agency to address them- DO NOT Discuss them with the production direct.
5. TRAVEL/TRANSPORT
The agency cannot provide transport.
6. AVAILABILITY
A day’s shoot consists of 12 hours. Please make sure that you are available for this time or as otherwise stated.
If circumstances change and you can not attend you must let NICHE Casting know as soon as possible.
7. CONTINUITY (MORE THAN ONE DAY’S FILMING)
If the production requires you to film for more than one day, you will get paid once Niche Casting Agency receives the payment. (Normally takes a minimum 30 working days)
8. COSTUME FITTINGS
You may be required to attend costume fittings on some productions prior to your first filming day, sometimes at the location or at a studio.
9. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment will be made from NICHE Casting Agency once payment has been received from the production company this usually takes between 25-30 working days.
10. EXTRAS
Whilst on set you should not approach the cast and crew, this can lead to distractions while they’re working and cause delay in the production. Please remain professional at all times as you are representing NICHE Casting Agency as well as yourself.
Extras must come with hair and make up done and a selection of costume changes.
All mobile phone should be switched off whilst on set.
11. PUBLICITY
No artist is to promote themselves, all publicity will be done via NICHE Casting Agency.
12. FEE
Fees will be negotiated with regards to portfolios.
NICHE Casting Agency will charge 15% commission from any extra work given and 20% commission from Commercials.
13. CHILD LICENSE
All children under the age of 16 must by law be licenced from the local council they live within. Please ensure that when registering your child you provide us details of your local council, school and a copy of the birth certificate.
